What you will do
Lead and elevate the Sales team to define a new performance standard
Set ambitious sales plans and KPIs, and drive consistent execution
Build onboarding and training systems that scale with the team
Own CRM processes — conversion rates, pipeline velocity, activity tracking
Partner directly with founders on revenue strategy and GTM alignment
What matters
3–6 years in B2B sales leadership (IT / Tech / Crypto)
Fluent English
Proven experience building and scaling sales teams
Strong understanding of full-funnel sales operations
